Résumé

Scenarios of scarcity, shortages, healthiness and scarcity are proposed to which HEIs would react, but with nuances according to the capacities of the areas of knowledge such as the case of health sciences and administrative economic sciences. [...]a Modeling is a mapping of the variables indicative of a behavior based on inclusion criteria such as the consensus of the literature regarding the SDG-6 and its observation in HEIs. [...]verifiability frameworks prevail in the biological and health sciences. [...]a comparison between different sources observing the same phenomenon generates the veracity of a data [9]. The IES only covers a few disciplines that respond to the development needs of the region, as well as the projected labor demand [10]. [...]the objective of this work is to contribute with empirical evidence to the SDG indicators: scarcity, drought, depletion, sanitation, purification, quality and floods [11].

Résumé

Is observed a structure of five factors: representations, habitus, fields, capital, capabilities and enterprise that explained 54% of the total variance explained, although the research design limited findings local scenario, suggesting the inclusion of variables that the literature identifies Sociodemographic and socioeconomic variables to establish entrepreneurial profiles according to risk events;landslides, fires, droughts, floods, frosts or earthquakes. If a representation links coffee farming with other personal or community needs, then it supposes provisions that facilitate the objectification or anchoring of information related to sowing, harvesting, weather, pests, prices and prices. Faced with the environmental problems of droughts or floods, social capital networks in Xilitla respond with organization of the crop in diversified stages but confined to the achievement of goals that guarantee the productive cycle. The representations are discursive innovations from which scientific knowledge is disseminated in common sense and social thought, although this is exclusive of not only science, art or culture in general since the symbols to discover or invent are also prone to its transformation into interpretations of reality and more primarily discursive senses.

Résumé

Keywords: Organization;Human Capital;Intangible Asset;Model;Specification Introduction Within the framework of regionalist policies, which tend towards protectionism and the stagnation of competitiveness, as well as the multilateralism policies that promote the guidelines of international financial organizations to which the central bank is dependent, the need to study capital human as an intangible asset of entrepreneurial and innovative organizations, therefore, competitive, but without a recipe from the World Bank, the World Trade Organization or the International Monetary Fund [1]. [...]trajectories of dependency relationships were modelled following the principles of complexity in organizations, namely: factuality, fuzziness, chaos and emergency [3]. [...]it is inferred not only who the actors are or who they have been, but who they will be in certain environmental contingencies, organizational cultures and work climates. Isomorphism is inferred when the climate of relationships is in equilibrium with respect to the task climate, that means that demands and resources are also in balance. [...]isomorphism reveals the interrelation between negun tropia and entropy. From the role of the leader, the manager calls for promoting communication and the sense of the objectives that are to be achieved in the immediate future, in the medium and long term. [...]leadership is related to motivate and inspire this transformation and to interact with personal actions and those of teams.

[...]the mitigation and containment policies of the pandemic through the implementation of distancing, confinement and immunization strategies limit the workplace and reorient it towards biosafety guidelines [9] In this situation, the theory of prospective decisions explains the relationships between leaders and talents in the face of contingent events [10] The theoretical approach raises differences between those who make decisions and those who abide by them [11]. Risks are also the result of their determinants, as is the case with the perception of control The emergence of self-control is the product of a high expectation of risk, but also of experiences of control that guide the individual to assume self-efficacy in health care. [...]the modeling of perception or expectation biases in the face of a risk such as infection, disease or death from COVID-19 has not been clarified.

Résumé

[...]those with more educational background and experience in the processes will be considered talents. If rational choice and human capital reflect a propositional audience style that coexists with inhibitory styles of entrepreneurship and innovation, then business models must adjust to this complex dialectic, while identifying the reasons for actions, it will be possible to establish a dialogue to highlight the competitive advantages of the product or service that is intended to be carried out on the Internet, social networks or email. [...]the construction of a civil agenda or social selfmanagement supposes the informative diffusion of the demands and resources, opportunities and capacities, since it is the digital networks that question the public agenda -Trolling-, or, better said, strengthen it - Stalking, Trending [11]. [...]cyber political entrepreneurship refers to the intensive use of Information and Communication Technologies, as well as electronic devices for the establishment of an agenda regarding trolling, stalking or the tendency towards a political figure or process. The model includes hypotheses of correlation trajectories between the variables used by the state of knowledge to explain: the establishment of an educational, scientific and technological agenda;professional training of human capital, talents and leadership;knowledge networks around strategic alliances between universities and for-profit organizations;the quality of educational processes and products

Résumé

Within the framework of Sustainable Development, Social Work has established areas and fields of intervention around which social services have been developed, mainly those related to water care with respect to quality of life and subjective well-being, determinants of evaluation of public policies, environmental programs and attention strategies for migrant communities [4]. In this scheme, Environmental Social Work acts as a mediator of supply policies and civil demands considering the limitations of space, time and infrastructure, but the generality of its dimensions, categories and variables inhibit the analysis of the subjectivity inherent in the objective indicators. of sustainability. [...]it is necessary to delve into the psychological, cognitive and behavioral dimension, in order to be able to establish the needs, expectations, demands and individual or community capacities in the face of environmental crises and the shortage of water resources [5]. From This Nomenclature, It Is Possible To Notice That Sustainable Development Is A Central Issue Or Node That Involves Climate Change, Global Warming, The Greenhouse Effect And Carbon Emissions As Environmental Factors That Have A Direct Impact On The Quality Of The Environment. Air And Respiratory Health In Economically Developed Cities And Economies, But In Addition To Air Pollution, Water And Municipal Waste Problems Are Central Issues In The Economic And Urban Periphery Because The Natural Resources Of The Southern Hemisphere They Are Transformed Into Satisfiers For The Northern Hemisphere, As Is The Case Of Crude Oil And Its Derivatives [5].

Alternate : In the context of the pandemic caused by the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and the COVID-19 disease, the policies to contain and mitigate it consist of isolation and social distancing. As part of these strategies, internet use has been fundamental for telecommuting;however, measuring internet activity is an incipient field of research. The aim of this study is to design and evaluate an instrument to measure internet use during the COVID-19 era. For that purpose, a survey was conducted with 253 students from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. To verify the validity of the content of the items included in the survey, a Delphi analysis was carried out;and, to verify the validity of the constructs, several statistics were calculated, e.g., Cronbach’s alpha, KMO, and chi-squared, among others. Finally, a confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the eight dimensions that had been previously identified in the literature: selectivity, compatibility, computability, accessibility, extensionality, cumulativeness, anxiety, and addiction. They explain 59% of the total variance that was found. Although these findings are applicable only to this sample, the results obtained in this study provide evidence of the psychometric properties of the instrument, which can be used to make comparisons with other contexts and samples.

Résumé

Until May 2021, six and a half million deaths had been directly and indirectly associated with COVID-19. This pandemic has impacted the traditional classroom by transferring it to online environments. The objective of this study was to establish the construct validity of an instrument that measures professors’ job satisfaction. A cross-sectional psychometric study was carried out with a selection of 100 professors from public universities in central Mexico. Three main factors were found to explain 56% of the total variance: information need, perceived usefulness, and technology adoption. Although the research design limited the results to the study setting, suggesting the extension of the work towards validity and convergent of the construct.

Governance, understood as a system of co-responsibility between the rulers and the ruled, in relation to the public agenda as the central axis of discussion and agreements, has been studied as an emerging phenomenon in the face of the pandemic. The objective of the work is to establish the categories for the analysis of governance and the public agenda, considering the relationship between political and social, public and private actors. A documentary and systematic review study was carried out with sources indexed to international repositories, considering the period from 2019 to 2022. A structure of four categories was found that the literature relates to governance and the agenda. In relation to the state of the art, the contrast of the proposed model is recommended.

Résumé

Gross mode, the work climate has been studied as an area inherent in leadership. In the case of the one that is distinguished by its communication and vertical motivation, the work environment has been addressed as a determinant of flexibility in terms of conditions, salaries and benefits. In this regard, the objective of this paper has been to explore the dimensions of climate and labor flexibility in order to establish the dependency relationships between its indicators. A non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational study was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of 300 employees from central Mexico. The labor climate determines the flexibility, although the most recent literature warns that rather the climate mediates the relationship between the flexibility policies on staff turnover, the informal salary and the absence of benefits. Research lines are recommended concerning the incidence of leadership styles in the variables in question. Keywords: COVID-19, flexibility, model, reliability, validity
